MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING – AUGUST 18, 2011

There were 13 people in attendance:

THERE WAS NOT A QUORUM OF MEMBERS TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.

It was noted that some members were unable to attend because they were preparing for the Festival of the Little Hills.

Therefore, Zac Smyth gave a presentation of his interest, ideas and abilities
to assist Main Street businesses via website, social media, printed materials, photography. He is available to consult with businesses individually or as a
group and can be contacted via his website www.zsmyth.com.
