BEAUTIFICATION

An idea for barrel plantings on South Main was discussed at an SMPS Board meeting and a Main Street First meeting. The plan was first presented to SBD on 2/5/09; funding was approved for the hardware and plantings at the March meeting. SMPS and HDD both added to the budget and a planting plan for 10 topiary with maintenance for the season was developed. See pics >>
